Meeting Room Rentals
The library has a variety of meeting rooms available for community use. We would like to invite your organization to use these rooms for your meetings and events. These rooms require users to complete the online Booking System.

   
Meeting Room North & South has a maximum capacity of 200 seated, 317 standing. The room features: tables, chairs, lectern, wireless internet, PA system, as well as access to kitchen facilities.
 
Fees: Meeting Room North & South

H.E.B. 501c3 organization $25 flat fee
All other groups $100 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Optional: Kitchen $25 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Data Projector is available at no additional charge

Meeting Room North or Meeting Room South both have a maximum capacity of 100 seated, 158 standing. These rooms feature: tables, chairs, lectern, wireless internet, PA system, as well as access to kitchen facilities.

H.E.B. 501c3 organization $25 flat fee
All other groups $50 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Optional: Kitchen $25 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Data Projector is available at no additional charge.
Bonnie Finn Board Room has a maximum capacity of 20 people. The room features: wireless internet, conference talbe and 12 rolling "office" style chairs. Additional chairs are available to reach a maximum occupancy of 20.

All other groups $25 per hour (1 hour minimum)
Jim & Becky Wilkes Technology Center (Computer Lab) has a maximum capacity of 22 people. The room features: 20 PC student workstations, 1 PC instructor workstation, 3 large plasma screens which display images from the instructor's PC and a whiteboard (renter must supply markers).

All other groups $200 per hour (2 hour minimum)

Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be done in person or by telephone (817.952.2348 and speak to Emily or Jeanne). Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee if the library is not notified at least 48 hours prior to the start of the event.

Conference / Study Rooms
These rooms require users to check-in at the Information Desk. These rooms do not require Online Booking. These rooms may be used on a first come, first served basis. There is a two hour per day limit on the use of these rooms.

Sarah Sisson Conference Room seats 3 to 6 people. The room features, wireless Internet, table, chairs and whiteboard (user must supply markers).
Low Vision Room features counter seating for two, wireless internet and aides for the visually challenged.
Study Room 1 features counter seating for two and wireless internet.
Study Rooms 3 thru 6 seat four and feature wireless Internet, table, chairs and whiteboard (user must supply markers).
